Yet another iconic site that blew me away. I didn't think much about it before we arrived but I knew I wanted to see that tower. We walked into the area and I saw the tower and I'm sure my jaw literally dropped. The thing is really leaning. It's one things to think about it and see it in pictures but it's a totally different thing to see a giant, old, beautiful tower, leaning and sinking into the ground like that. Just incredible. We had such a fun afternoon and evening there, exploring all these old buildings. Poor Brad had to put up with me with my camera in my hands from the moment we walked into Pisa till the moment we left it. I just couldn't put it down.
